Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Wing Boutique! All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please read the following information carefully so you know what to expect when placing an order.

Processing Time

All orders are custom-produced after purchase. Production time is typically 2–7 business days before your order ships. This is in addition to shipping transit time.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at jt@lavenderbutterflies.com and we will work with Printful to locate your shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. The Wing Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at jt@lavenderbutterflies.com — we can only make changes before the order enters production.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in your order total.
